Your first record, customer workspaces, backups and restoring Pro.

Create your first record
Select New record, enter a title and add a description, photo or audio note. Turn on the detailed report option for additional fields. Before exporting, open the preview and confirm that you have checked its content.
Customer workspaces in Pro
Open Customers and create a business or household. After choosing it, the overview, equipment and records are scoped to that customer. Tap the bar at the top to switch. Set your own company identity separately in Settings.
Existing work starts in Unassigned. Pro lets you assign a customer in the record editor; changing the customer detaches equipment from the previous folder. Changing a customer in the equipment editor moves all of that equipment’s records too. A warning explains this before saving and affected reports need approval again.
Editing a customer profile leaves previous reports’ saved details intact. Edit those reports individually if needed. If Pro verification is unavailable, existing customer folders and documentation remain accessible; creating and managing customer profiles requires Pro.
App language
English is the default. Choose Settings → App language to select any of 21 languages. The interface and PDF labels change; your own notes are not automatically translated.
Keep a secure backup
In Settings, create a backup with a password of at least 12 characters and save it outside your phone. Keep the password safe: we cannot recover it. The current version supports backups with up to 200 MiB of media and individual files up to 40 MiB. Backups include original photos and all customer profiles. Consider their sensitivity before sharing.
Restore Pro
Use the same Google Play account that purchased Pro, connect to the internet and choose Restore purchase in Settings. Pending payments do not unlock Pro until Google Play confirms them. A verified purchase remains cached for offline use. Restoring a data backup does not restore purchase ownership. If verification fails, try restoration or contact support before paying again.
Deletion and voice features
Delete a record in its editor. Clear app storage in Android settings or uninstall to remove all local data; exported files and backups must be deleted separately. Back up anything you need before resetting.
Audio recording requires microphone permission. On-device dictation requires a supported service on Android 12 or later and an available language model. Use text or an audio note if dictation is unavailable.
